Frozen ground couldn't absorb all the rain 2.04" since midnight but almost 1" last 2hrs

In Binghamton, NY: got about a half inch of snow last night, then turned to sleet and ZR with a light glaze, then rained all day at 52 degrees, cold front pushed through and it is 35 and lightly snowing.What a day lol

Alex I don't have the data but to this point this has to be one of the most snow less winters in history in Binghmatom?

I know they average around 80-85 inches a year and they can't be anywhere near that.

what a crazy winter we had so far from record warmth in dec almost 80 deg on christmas eve to a record blizzard in jan then all the snow melted away.then of course this feb we went from record cold to snow to ice to heavy rain with thunderstorm wow i cant wait to see what is next for us
